Welcome to Natively. Natively is a mobile app for practising spoken English with an AI language assistant named Nora. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Natively.

This is a plain-language summary of the terms that apply to your use of the app. We may update it from time to time; when we do, we will change the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.

Who can use Natively

You may use Natively if you are old enough to form a binding agreement in your country and are at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you should review these terms with a parent or guardian.

Your account

You sign in with Apple or Google. You are responsible for keeping access to that account secure and for activity that happens under it. Let us know promptly if you believe someone else has used your account.

Subscriptions and payments

Some features require a paid subscription, which may start with a free trial. Subscriptions are billed through your app store account and renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

You manage, cancel, or change your subscription in your app store settings. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

Using the app responsibly

Natively is for your personal, non-commercial language practice. Please do not misuse it, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, or use it to break the law or infringe anyone's rights.

Practice content and AI

Nora is an automated assistant. Its responses, corrections, and scores are generated by AI, are meant to help you practise, and can be incomplete or wrong. Natively is an educational tool and does not provide professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.

Availability, disclaimers, and changes

The app is provided “as is.” We work to keep it running well but cannot promise it will always be available or error-free, and to the extent permitted by law we disclaim warranties and limit our liability. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features, and may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
